Simple Steps ...

* Spend wisely. Allot some money each week to spend on your soul. Whether it\'s keeping fresh flowers at your desk at work or buying a volume of poetry, make nurturing your soul as important as grocery shopping.

* Lots of pursuits cost little but yield great satisfaction. Feeding ducks at a pond or planting seeds to create a blooming window box invigorate your spirit for pennies.
