Recipes for the Soul ...
\"One cannot collect all the beautiful shells on the beach.\" - Anne Morrow Lindbergh
Although having lots of choices is better than having too few, it doesn\'t make decision-making any easier. While it\'s admirable to have numerous interest,s running in four directions with no focus can drain your energy. Many things will grab your attention, but only a few will stir your passion. Those are the ones to follow.
Simple Steps ...
Focus your energy. Make a daily to-do list and prioritize three items to concentrate on. Write down any interruptions that steer you away from your focus. By day\'s end, did you finish those tasks? If not, what held you back?
Stop trying to collect all the shells on the beach. Choose one or two \"shells\" - activities or social commitments you love - and focus on enjoying these.
