Forms Due In July
* Enrollment Renewal Worksheets
* Income Applications
Online Claimers: You can access your Enrollment Renewal Worksheet by clicking on \"Reports\", \"Child\", \"Enrollment Renewal Worksheet\".
Manual Claimers: Please have parents review and sign the Enrollment Renewal Worksheet included in your May packet, and then fax or send a copy to the First Step Office. If a child\'s racial/ethnic data, address or phone number is not printed, please handwrite in the space provided. This worksheet takes the place of individual child enrollment forms. Please do not mail manual child enrollments as renewals!
Income Applications: Income applications are due for renewal in July 2009. We recommmend that Tier 3 providers have their parents submit a new application dated July 1, 2009, in order to remain in compliance with the one year expiration date. Any application that is older than one year will receive Tier 2 rates until a new application is received.
Providers who are Tier 1 through their own income must submit a copy of their 2008 Tax form 1040 and Schedule C (Profit and Loss Statement) with the application for income verification. If you have not yet submitted a copy, applications must be received by July 31, 2009 in order to receive Tier 1 rates.
Foster children applications and applications to claim your own children (12 years of age or younger) are also due July 31, 2009.
All above applications will be mailed to each provider in a separate mailing this month.

Recipes for the Soul
Have you ever eagerly awaited for a letter to arrive? Whether it was a love letter or a new gizmo you sent away or, the anticipation probably kept you energized for days. Today, we typically phone or e-mail our friends, and our mail consists mainly of bills or advertisements. Phone calls are nice, but there\'s something magical about a letter.
Write A Letter
\" Letters are expectation packaged in an envelope.\"
Keep friends and relatives up to date with periodic letters. Don\'t think they have to be long; a short note is OK. They\'ll appreciate the \"headline news\" or pictures of your growing children.
Write a heartfelt letter to someone you love. Tell the person how much they mean to you and how grateful you are that they\'re in your life.
