For the providers who are still seeing the sleeping baby, it sounds like their web page is not refreshing. Here are some tips to try.
1. Refresh your web page. This will be different depending on the browser you are using, but there is also a little symbol at the top that you can click to refresh the page. It usually looks something like a unclosed circle with an arrow on one end. Clicking on that will reload your web page.
2. If that doesn't work, try completely logging out of your web browser. Completely close out any web pages you have open, and then go to this link to try logging in again. https://app.kidkare.com/#/login/
3. If you still can't get logged in, I would recommend clearing your internet cache. Again this will differ slightly depending on your web browser. I would recommend you use Google to search for your particular browser, and you should be able to find step by step instructions. For example, if you are using Safari, type this in your search bar "How to clear cache in Safari".
4. You could also try rebooting your computer or device.
